Gallery
Many of us like to include photos that we have discovered in the attic or in the homes of our parents and grandparents into our current family photo gallery. These photos often have tatered corners, creases, tears, and are otherwise reallly not desireable to add to our familly photos. (See below) Now you can have them restored to look like yesteryear without the damage.
Sometimes there are elements in the photos we'd like removed. (See below) Here, the customer wanted the pole removed out of the picture. In the 3rd set, notice the electrical conduit on the extreme righthand side; it is removed in the second photo. Cool.
Photos are provided by the client to George Drake Photography in electronic form or printed images. Images are scanned with a flatbed scanner. Images are restored and/or maniputlated using various digital retouching techniques with software such as Photoshop on an iMac computer.
Prices vary depending upon the amount of time needed to accomplish restoration. Please contact us for an estimate on restoring your family photo heirlooms or to remove undesirableclutter from a photo.
